The Role

You will manage the full customer journey, from first contact through delivery, and within a defined process designed to support both performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities
  • Guiding customers through vehicle selection, ordering, and delivery
  • Maintaining accurate CRM activity and disciplined follow-up
  • Supporting trade appraisals and inventory flow
  • Ensuring deals are complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Collaborating with Sales Management, F&I, Service, and Delivery teams
  • Participating in regular coaching sessions, training, and performance reviews

Performance Expectations

This role includes clear sales benchmarks tied to activity, execution, and results.

Success in this position means:

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding defined sales targets
  • Demonstrating strong process adherence and follow-through
  • Actively engaging in coaching and applying feedback

The Right Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Takes coaching seriously and wants to improve
  • Is comfortable being measured against clear standards
  • Works independently but values team alignment
  • Communicates professionally and listens well
  • Understands that sustained performance beats short-term wins

Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required for the right individual.

Requirements

  • Valid OMVIC certification
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort using CRM systems and modern technology

Job Details:

  • This role is required on a full-time, permanent basis
  • This position is posted to fill a current vacancy 
  • The compensation for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 (Uncapped commission with realistic earnings of $70 -100k+ for motivated performers)
  • Comprehensive benefits package available
