Apprentice Technician

Stratford Subaru is seeking an Apprentice Technician to join our Service team. This role is ideal for someone early in their automotive career who wants to learn the trade properly, work in a professional shop environment, and build toward long-term success as a licensed technician.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed technicians with inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Perform apprentice-level work in line with training and experience
- Learn and follow proper diagnostic and repair procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair work as assigned

Qualifications
- Registered Apprentice Technician or actively pursuing an apprenticeship
- Interest in developing diagnostic and technical skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
Job Details:
- This role is required on a full-time, permanent basis
- This position is posted to fill a current vacancy
- The compensation for this role is $38,000 - $45,000/year
